PCC-23 supports the cellular supply of pituitary peptides
PCC-23 – a dietary supplement with ultrafiltrate extract from the pituitary gland of young animals.
2 capsules of PCC-23 (recommended daily dose) contain: ultrafiltrate extract from the pituitary gland (contains a peptide complex concentrate from the pituitary gland) – minimum 20 mg.
The pituitary gland is an endocrine organ in the central nervous system. It is responsible for the synthesis, storage and release of numerous hormones that regulate most endocrine glands in the body or act directly on certain organs. Together with the hypothalamus, the pituitary gland controls the autonomic (vegetative) nervous system. This system monitors and regulates energy, heat and water balance – and, accordingly, body temperature, heart rate and urine output, as well as sleep, hunger and thirst. The optimal function of the pituitary gland is related to the state of the pituitary cells. In turn, this directly depends on the intensity of protein synthesis in these cells.
Protein biosynthesis is the process of building new proteins in cells and thus a process of gene expression, which is of central importance for all living beings and in which proteins are built from amino acids according to genetic information. This process is necessary for cells to grow and perform their most important functions. Proteins regulate all basic functions in the body.
Protein synthesis proceeds well in a young organism. Accordingly, organs and organ systems usually function well in a young organism. During cellular protein metabolism, proteins are broken down into small fractions = peptides. These peptides regulate numerous cellular processes, including the cell cycle, gene expression (protein synthesis) and the response to oxidative stress.
In a young body with a normal intensity of protein synthesis, the body itself produces a sufficient amount of peptides in the pituitary gland. Unfortunately, the intensity of protein synthesis decreases significantly with age, as well as under the influence of various harmful stress factors. This means that the older we get or the greater the load the pituitary gland endures, the lower the intensity of protein synthesis in the pituitary cells. Under these conditions, fewer pituitary peptides are formed. As a result, various damages and disorders in the function of these cells can occur.
Missing regulatory peptides of the pituitary gland can be replenished by using animal peptides from the pituitary gland. Scientists have found that missing peptides in a given tissue can be compensated by using peptides from the same tissue of animal origin. Short peptides are identical in all mammals and humans. Animal peptides from the pituitary gland are perceived by the human body as endogenous. In addition, biological peptides have tissue specificity – they can only enter the cells of the tissue from which they originate. Pituitary peptides can only be absorbed by pituitary cells and do not have mechanisms for interacting with other cells.
When using PCC-23, the pool of regulatory peptides of the pituitary tissue is enriched. The qualitative and quantitative availability of regulatory peptides in the pituitary cells is important for the normal function of the pituitary gland and, accordingly, for maintaining the regulation of all vegetative and endocrine processes in the human body as a whole.
The technology developed by our company allows the production of absolutely safe low-molecular fractions of animal pituitary tissue. The natural form of animal proteins does not change during the technological process. This ensures that the pituitary peptides transported by the bloodstream to the pituitary cells have high natural bioavailability.
Recommendation for taking PCC-23: for adults – 2 capsules daily before meals. We recommend use for one month with a repetition of the course every 3 months.
PCC-23 storage recommendation: store in the original packaging, in a dry, light-protected place, at room temperature up to 25°C and out of reach of small children.
PCC-23 is intentionally created without unwanted or controversial emulsifiers, stabilizers, carriers, preservatives, superplasticizers, colorants, lactose and other cheap additives.
