PCC-18 supports cellular supply of muscle peptides
PCC-18 – a dietary supplement with ultrafiltered extract of the triceps of young animals.
2 capsules of PCC-18 (recommended daily dose) contain: ultrafiltrate of muscle extract (contains a concentrate of muscle peptide complex) at least 20 mg.
The optimal functioning of the human muscular system is directly related to the state of muscle cells. The optimal function of muscle cells, in turn, is closely related to the intensity of protein synthesis in these cells. Protein biosynthesis is the process of forming new proteins in cells and is a gene expression process that is of central importance for all living beings, in which proteins are built from amino acids according to genetic information. This process is necessary for cells to grow and perform their most important functions. Proteins regulate all important functions in the body.
Protein synthesis occurs efficiently in a young organism. Accordingly, organs and systems function well in a young organism. During cellular protein metabolism, proteins are broken down into small fractions = peptides. These peptides regulate many cellular processes, including the cell cycle, gene expression (protein synthesis) and the response to oxidative stress.
In a young organism with a normal intensity of protein synthesis, muscle peptides are produced in sufficient quantities by the organism itself. Unfortunately, with age, as well as under the influence of numerous harmful stress factors, the intensity of protein synthesis decreases significantly. This means that the older we get or the greater the load on the muscles, the lower the intensity of protein synthesis in muscle cells. Under these conditions, fewer muscle peptides are produced. As a result, various damage and dysfunctions can occur in these cells.
Missing regulatory muscle peptides can be restored by using animal muscle peptides. Scientists have found that missing peptides in a given tissue can be restored by using animal peptides from the same tissue. It has been proven that short peptides are identical in all mammals and in humans. Therefore, animal muscle peptides are perceived by the human body as endogenous. In addition, biological peptides have the so-called tissue specificity. This means that they can only penetrate the cells of the tissue from which they originate. Muscle peptides can only be absorbed by muscle cells and do not have mechanisms for interacting with other cells.
The use of PCC-18 enriches the pool of regulatory peptides in muscle tissue. The qualitative and quantitative presence of regulatory peptides in muscle cells is important for normal muscle function and, therefore, for the muscle system as a whole.
The technology developed by our company allows the production of completely safe low-molecular fractions from animal muscle tissues. The natural form of animal proteins does not change during the technological process. This ensures that the muscle peptides, which are transported to the muscle cells via the bloodstream, retain their high natural bioavailability.
PCC-18 dosage recommendation: for adults – 2 capsules daily before meals. We recommend use for a period of one month with repeated intake every 3 months.
PCC-18 storage recommendation: store in the original packaging, in a dry and light-protected place, at room temperature not exceeding 25°C and out of reach of small children.
PCC-18 is purposefully created without unwanted or controversial emulsifiers, stabilizers, carriers, preservatives, plasticizers, colorants, lactose and other cheap additives.
PCC = peptide complex concentrate.
